Upgrade Policy

As a registered customer, you are entitled to free
upgrades during one year from the date of purchase and
download the latest version of the program whenever you like.
You purchased the
software more than one year ago !
If you purchased the software more than one year ago, you
are no longer entitled to free upgrade; however, you can purchase
an upgrade to the latest version at a discounted price (50%
- see the table below).
If you don't want to purchase an upgrade, you can use the program
forever; it will never expire, but you won't be able to use the
latest version.
If you have a question about our upgrade policy, or don't remember
your order date, or need pricing and ordering instructions for large
multi-user upgrades and/or non-standard packages not listed above,
feel free to e-mail us at
support@graphicregion.com.
Important: These upgrades are for existing customers only.
If we don't find your name in the customer database, we'll have
to cancel the order.

of locations of one corporation or other legal entity.
Only Site and World-wide license allows to start the program
on virtual environment.
