Selecting Edit | Rotate or Edit | Flip Image will display the
Transform dialog.
You have three options:
Select the number of degrees
by which the image should be rotated clockwise (any number between
1 and 359), for example if you select 90 degrees the Top of the
image will become the Right of the image.

Flip the image horizontally: |
This will create a mirror copy
of the original, i.e. the left of the image will be moved to the
right and vice versa.

Flip the image vertically: |
This will reverse the image
vertically, i.e. the top of the image will be moved to the bottom
and vice versa.
