   Undo   Ctrl+Z   
Reverts the last action. Only one function may be undone.

   Copy   Ctrl+C   
Copy to clipboard all image or selected poligon.   

   Crop   Ctrl+R
Cut selected region and copy as current image.   

Use the left mouse button (in Selection mode) to outline the area (selection), click on the Edit menu, then Crop.
The area outside the outline will be thrown away, only the inside will be left.
